Youth Recreational League (U13-U18)

Many youth players pursue the dream of representing Canada; others play for simple enjoyment of the game, the camaraderie of being on a team, and the health benefits that the sport provides. Our  Long-Term Player Development Model (LTPD) seeks to provide opportunities for youth players to continue in the game, even if they do not pursue high-performance play.  

With the emphasis on playing, our format will allow for a sufficient warm-up and game preparation. The first session will not count towards standings to allow coaches to get to know their team and players to know each other.

Games where coaching is minimal. Players allowed to learn through playing the game, making mistakes and correcting for themselves. Coaches there to encourage and maintain player rotation and playing time

It is recommended teams show at least 10 minutes early to warm-up for their game.
