Intermediate Recreational League (U12-U18)

Many youth players pursue the dream of representing Canada; others play for simple enjoyment of the game, the camaraderie of being on a team, and the health benefits that the sport provides. Our  Long-Term Player Development Model (LTPD) seeks to provide opportunities for youth players to continue in the game, even if they do not pursue high-performance play.

With the emphasis on playing, our format will allow for a sufficient warm-up and game preparation. For U12 to U13 the first two sessions will not count towards standings to allow coaches to get to know their team and players to know each other. At U15 and U18 the first session will be used for this purpose.
