TIE BREAKING PROCEDURE:         

The ranking of teams shall be decided as follows:                     

a) greatest number of points obtained OR in divisions where an uneven number of games have been played by teams in the same division, greatest points obtained per game played                  

b) greatest goal differential (goals scored minus goals allowed)           

c) greatest number of goals scored      

If two or more teams are tied after evaluating these three criteria, their ranking shall be determined based on the following:   

d) greatest number of points obtained in matches between the teams concerned                    

e) greatest number of goals scored in matches between the teams concerned                 

f) drawing of lots by the NTSC House League Committee"
