The 2012 Annual General Meeting of the North Toronto Soccer Club will be held in the latter part of November. The date will be posted here after it has been established by the Board of Directors.
The agenda for the meeting will include:
- The Report of the Treasurer including the presentation of audited financial statements for the year ending September 30, 2012.
- Appointment of club Auditors for the year ending September 30, 2013
- The election of 3 members of the Board of Directors for 3-year terms
Voting at the AGM:
Those eligible to vote will be indviduals who have served the club in 2011-12 as volunteer coaches, team managers, division convenors, and members of the Board and committees.
