The 2011 Annual General Meeting of the North Toronto Soccer Club was held on Tuesday, November 22 at 7:00pm at the North Toronto Memorial Community Centre.

The agenda included the presentation of reports and audited financial statements, presentation of the financial statements for the year ended Sepember 30, 2011, and a vote to re-appoint the club's auditors, Grant Thornton.

There were 6 candidates for the 4 Director positions; the following were elected:

Peter Cockett (elected for a 2nd term)

Drew McDougall

Carita Sheehy

Reg Watson
